HOW TO REFER A POTENTIAL RESIDENT FOR PLACEMENT

  1. Call our business manager to discuss your referral situation. Self-referrals and family/friend referrals are ok.

  2. An assessment will be scheduled with a placement specialist. 

  3. Upon approval from the placement specialist, we will offer room and board. 

OUR HOUSE RULES AND RESIDENT EXPECTATIONS

  1. Show RESPECT TO EVERYBODY IN THE HOUSE. 

  2. Tell a house manager if you are in pain. 

  3. Take your medications as prescribed by your doctor. 

  4. Follow the house manager's instructions. 

  5. Keep bedroom clean DAILY (make beds, and keep the room clean and tidy) 

  6. Keep good personal hygiene (your body and clothing must be kept clean and fresh smelling). If this is not being done, management will intervene.

  7. Wash hands with soap each time the bathroom is used and before each meal. 

  8. Visiting hours are between 7 am and 7 pm daily. 

  9. DO NOT disturb neighbors or the general community. 

  10. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. 

  11. Do not have or use any drugs or alcohol on the premises. 

  12. You are not allowed to have any obscene material in an electronic format or otherwise (such as pornography) on the premises. 

  13. If you are found with drugs, alcohol, or obscene material on the premises you will be immediately given a notice of eviction and moved out. 

  14. Food and Drinks are not to be consumed outside of the dining room and are NEVER allowed in the bedrooms (excluding water bottles).

  15. Do not leave personal items in the bathrooms.

  16. No sleeping in the entertainment room.
